Line Dance Field Trip!
Several of our adventurous Line Dancers took our skills on the road to Sidewinders Saloon in Roanoke in May. Members of our staff plus dancers from both the Beginner's Line Dance Classes (1st & 3rd Tuesdays) and the Intermediate Line Dance Class (1st Mondays) packed up our boots, headed north, and had a great time dancing "in the wild." We saw several familiar dances and learned a few new ones. We also enjoyed watching the Sidewinders regulars dance, and came back with a bunch of ideas for dances we want to add to our play list. Other than a massive downpour right when we were walking from the van to the Saloon, it was a perfect night.

Sapphire's classes, workshops, and events are always small, low stress, and fun. They are a great way to meet other people who are also learning to dance, as well as get to know our teaching staff. It doesn't take any long-term investment to get started, no special clothing or shoes - just something comfortable to wear and a sense of adventure. So, take the plunge and try it out.
